7. App marketplace terms
If you obtain an app through Apple App Store or another marketplace, that marketplace's terms also apply. The marketplace is not responsible for support beyond what its terms require.

These terms are governed by applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
